Asset Management System
Fabric includes a very powerful and easy to use digital asset management system which helps you to manage your images, videos, documents and other digital files across the organisation.
All assets are stored in a web-based library accessible to anyone with appropriate permissions and can be browsed by category or searched using keywords.
When images are added to Fabric, the system will automatically store the highiest resolution version of any images and create lower resolution imagery which is more appropriate for presentation use.
Sales Toolkit
Fabric allows you to create a sales toolki, giving your sales team everything they need in any presentation situation.
Quite simply, a sales toolkit is a large presentation containing all the slides you may ever use in a presentation. By default, many of these slides are "turned off" so they do not appear automatically when the presentation is viewed.
However, these slides will still be available for the sales person to use if needed - this is perfect for storing case studies, testimonials and other information which may be needed but wouldn't be justified as the main presentation. You can also keep other product or service information in the saleskit ready to be used if needed.
Non-Linear
Fabric includes an intelligent menu system which allows you to control your route through the presentation.
For example, you may wish to jump to a particular slide or take a non-linear route through the presentation so you can respond to the audience's individual needs and steer the presentation according to their reaction.
Self-Running Presentations
Fabric allows you to create presentations which can be set to run automatically without requiring human interaction.
Combined with voiceover support, this is perfect for creating self-running presentations for conferences and events. Alternatively, they can be sent via email (as an attachment or link) which can be viewed by any recipient.
Offline Editing
Fabric includes offline editing functionality which allows users to make basic changes to your presentation when no web connection is available. This is ideal for last-minute changes and additions.
Full Print Support
You can print presentations in exactly the same way as you can with Powerpoint. Simply run the presentation, print and then select the appropriate print layout. This allows you to print multiple slides per page and print with notes.
Multiple Delivery Options
Presentations can be downloaded in a variety of formats to support almost any corporate IT environment. You can also e-mail presentations as an attachment or a link which can be downloaded by the recipient.
This allows you to use Fabric at your own company and send presentations outside the company if required (note that those outside the company cannot edit presentations unless authorised).
