Any permissions you apply to a parent group will automatically be inherited by child groups unless you specify otherwise.

Translation Workflow
The Fabric Translation module helps to ensure consistency of all presentations in any language. You can select regional content owners to be notified automatically when new content requires translation.
Fabric will then automatically ensure the appropriate people are notified that content needs translating and allows administrators to view any outstanding translations so that they can prompt the translator if necessary.
This makes it easy to ensure that all your content around the world is up to date.
Multi-User
Fabric offers full multi-user support. There is no limit to the number of users that can access Fabric.
Administrators can add multiple users in seconds. Fabric can also be extended to integrate with directory services such as LDAP.
